  Outside entrance wiring, service panel and visible wiring reported. Random testing of outlets.

• Walls, Floor, Ceilings & Windows
  General condition of each

• Attic
  Visual examination of sheathing, ventilation, insulation & framing

• Basement Structure
  Foundation soundness & evidence of water penetrations.

The Inspection

Your home inspection is a thorough, in depth, visual examination of the structural and operating components performed by Chicago Inspection Agency. The usual inspection will take 2-3 hours. You're invited to follow along with us for a step-by-step examination of the property. We'll gladly address and answer any concerns or questions you have along the way.

The Results

When the inspection is over, you'll receive a 34 page Property Inspection Report (in triplicate) that gives easy to read details on:

• The condition of components from the roof to the basement
• Suggestions based on our examination for additional tests
• Major and minor deficiencies
• Any major expenditures coming up
• Helpful home preservation tips
• easy to read summary pages
• You will have the finished inspection report in hand
